
Ingredients:
1lb of dry pinto beans
1 can of rotel
1/2 cup of finely diced jalapeños
1/2 cup of finely diced onions
Salt/pepper to taste
1 tablespoon of garlic powder
1 tablespoon of onion powder
10 cups of water
Toppings:
Cheese, cilantro, can be served over rice, slices of avocado
