
Ingredients:
1 lb of ground beef
1 can of corn
1 can of rotel
1 can of kidney beans(drained & rinsed)
1 can of ranch style beans.
1 packet of taco seasoning
1 packet of ranch dressing mix
2 cups of beef broth
Toppings:
Shredded cheese, diced tomatoes, avocado slices, tortilla chips/strips, sour cream
Directions:
- Brown ground beef and drain off grease.
- Add all of the ingredients into your pot, stir it, and put the lid on it. Let it simmer on low for about an hour or until boiling before it’s ready to be served. Stir occasionally.
- Serve in a bowl and add your favorite toppings.
